On April 16, 2016 Congressman Pete Sessions welcomed parents and students to the kick off for the TLF American Leaders Institute in Washington, DC along with his PSLGP summer internship program.  Our guest speaker was LT Daniel Gibson RET.  Steph Saldana, senior at Nimitz HS, did an outstanding job informing the audience about the goals of TLF.  TLF will be attending the conference June 19th-June 25th.  Thank you to all our donors, with a special note of thanks to Southwest Airlines for donating air fare, for allowing these young adults the opportunity to go to Washington to learn more about American history and see first hand how our government works.
